Teenagers fatally stab Delhi man and are pursued by police

Three minors were part of a group that fatally stabbed a man in Delhi’s Badarapur area early this morning, according to police. The victim, identified as Gaurav, was stabbed 25 times and dragged across the road until he succumbed to his injuries. The incident occurred around 2:30 am. The police have arrested all five accused involved in the crime.

DCP South East Rajesh Dev stated that the accused were spotted fleeing the scene by patrolling officers. Three of them were immediately chased down and apprehended, while the remaining two were arrested later. It was revealed that two of the accused were teenagers.

The two head constables witnessed the attack and immediately pursued the perpetrators. They sought assistance from another police team to block the escape route, leading to the capture of three individuals. The two remaining culprits, including one minor, were later identified and arrested.

Although the preliminary inquiry suggests that the attack was a result of an argument, the motive behind the stabbing is yet to be determined. The victim’s body has been sent to AIIMS mortuary for post-mortem examination.
