West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) supremo Arvind Kejriwal have proposed Mallikarjun Kharge as the potential Prime Ministerial candidate for the INDIA bloc, according to statements made by Banerjee to the media on Wednesday.
